Today is Citizenship Day in Canada so with some Justin Bieber covers on Wednesday, we’re looking at some of the best artists to come out of our neighbor to the north. Sorry Nickelback, while “How You Remind Me” is one of the greatest songs to take on when you do karaoke – they just weren’t on my radar when this list started to take shape.
The ones like Bryan Adams and Feist were noted for their talents, while Avril Lavigne – I’m going off our past together and not how soulless she appeared when I saw her open for Backstreet Boys on their last tour; her eyes have no emotion. Then of course I can’t deny some queens like Celine and Shania, but they couldn’t compare to a guy from one of my favorite shows and a woman who owns my heart always and forever.
